Welcoming four new joinees as PromptTech Global expands capability and momentum
PromptTech Global is growing — and this month, we're excited to welcome four new joinees to the team. Each of them brings their own experience, energy, and perspective, and we can't wait to see the impact they'll make in the months ahead. Growth isn't just a number on a slide. Every new face that joins us is a sign of momentum — proof that what we're building here is working, and that more people want to be part of it. Whether they're stepping into client-facing roles, supporting our internal teams, or bringing specialised expertise to the table, each new joinee adds something our team didn't have before. Onboarding a new team member is always a two-way street. They're learning how we work, what we value, and how we move — and at the same time, they're bringing fresh ideas that push us to think differently. That exchange is exactly what keeps a growing company like ours sharp and adaptable. To our newest team members: welcome to PromptTech Global. We know the first few weeks can feel like a lot — new names, new systems, new ways of doing things — but we're glad you're here, and we're rooting for you every step of the way. As we continue to grow, moments like these are worth celebrating. Every new joinee is a reminder that PromptTech Global isn't just expanding in size — we're expanding in capability, perspective, and potential.

Recognising the individuals and teams driving impact and commitment at PromptTech Global
Every milestone achieved at PromptTech Global has a story behind it. It might be a customer conversation that turned into a long-term partnership, a project delivered against a challenging deadline, or a team member who consistently stepped forward whenever support was needed. The Champions Club exists to recognise those stories— and the people behind them. This month, PromptTech Global came together to celebrate our June and Q2 Champions Club achievers, recognising individuals and teams whose contributions stood out over the past quarter. But this recognition is about more than strong numbers. It's about the people who show up, put in the work, and do it again the next day, and the day after that. That kind of commitment doesn't always make headlines, but it's exactly what makes a company like ours run. Q2 brought its fair share of challenges and milestones, and our Champions Club members met them with the same energy and focus they bring every day. Whether it was pushing through a tough quarter, going the extra mile for a client, or simply being the person a teammate could rely on — these are the contributions that add up to something bigger than any single number can capture. Recognition like this matters because it reminds all of us what we're actually working toward. It's not just about hitting targets — it's about creating meaningful impact, every single day, for our clients, our teams, and each other. So, congratulations to all our June and Q2 Champions Club achievers. Thank you for your contributions, your passion, and the example you set for the entire PromptTech Global team. You've shown what it looks like to lead by doing, and that's not lost on any of us.

A day of team building, football jerseys, trivia, and song games across the office
Football season doesn't just live on television screens — at PromptTech Global, it took over the entire office. A full-blown Jersey Day, complete with games, guesses, and a fair bit of friendly rivalry. The day started with employees walking in wearing jerseys of their favourite teams — colours and a few good-natured debates over who had the better team. It set the tone for what turned into one of the most engaging team activities. The first game of the day put everyone's memory and football knowledge to the test: Guess the Player from Childhood Photos. Teams were shown baby and childhood pictures of famous footballers and had to identify who the grown-up superstar turned out to be. Some were instantly recognisable; others had the room debating and laughing before the reveal. It turned out that spotting a future football legend in a five-year-old's photo is much harder than it sounds. Next up was a personal favourite across the office: Fill in the Blanks — Song Edition. A song would play, pause mid-line, and teams had to race to fill in the missing words before the music resumed. Between mismatched lyrics and surprisingly accurate guesses, the game brought out both the football fans and the closet karaoke singers in the room. What made the day special was watching colleagues from different teams, roles, and backgrounds come together over something as simple and universal as football. For a couple of hours, job titles took a backseat to jersey numbers, and everyone was just there to have fun, compete a little, and cheer a lot. Days like this are a reminder that culture isn't only built in meetings and milestones — sometimes, it's built over a guessing game and a half-remembered song lyric.

PromptTech teams put their teamwork & problem-solving skills to the test in an exciting treasure hunt
Some of the best lessons in teamwork come disguised as fun. Our recent Treasure Hunt challenged four teams to crack clues, think on their feet, and work together against the clock in pursuit of hidden treasure. Every puzzle demanded collaboration, every clue sparked new ideas, and every step brought plenty of excitement and laughter. While the competition kept everyone on their toes, the real reward was the opportunity to strengthen connections, build trust, and celebrate the value of teamwork beyond the workplace. It was an afternoon that reminded us that success isn't just about finding the treasure—it's about the people you discover you can rely on along the way.

PromptTech Global extends educational support to tribal children in Wayanad
Wayanad's hills have always carried stories of resilience, strength, and hope. Among them are young minds with big dreams, waiting for the right opportunities to grow. As part of its Dream · Lead · Learn initiative, PromptTech Global supported 200 children from tribal communities by distributing school essentials across nine community study centres in Wayanad, Kerala. The initiative was organised under the Jan Bhagidari Abhiyan Pracharanaparva, in the presence of Wayanad District Collector D. R. Meghashree. The occasion also celebrated academic excellence as a young girl from the community, who achieved full A+ in her SSLC examination, was honoured with a cash award—an inspiring reminder that when talent is supported, every child has the opportunity to thrive.
