Job Summary
The Client Experience Specialist is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service by handling client inquiries, supporting sales-related queries, and providing training and guidance to new joiners. The role focuses on enhancing client satisfaction and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Handle client and sales-related queries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new joiners.
- Guide new employees on company processes, products, and customer service standards.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and training activities.
- Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
- Support the achievement of customer satisfaction and retention goals.
